Does the AE process percentages based off the last bid conversion numbers? IE you put a bid in for a certain %. Does it look at the last AE and conversion or just current % or next bid period? Hopefully this makes sense

There were 2 mock WBA awards hired in 2007.

I was surprised how junior LAX 350 A went based on the limited number of openings. It was the next most junior WBA award.

That surprised me as well. Also junior NB captain system wide looks like a DTW 73N 15,100 seniority

That seems really junior. About 90% system seniority if my math is right. It will be interesting to see how close the final awards are.

March 2022 hire so really on par with previous awards. Maybe a little junior than previous AEs

I noticed that. Hopefully they have some sort of prior domestic 121 experience.

It looks at your seniority at the end of the conversion window. I know pilots that bid a certain percentage, then converted into the category before they were actually that percentage.
