Thats not a correct statement. QOL improvements increase manning requirements which requires more pilots and salaries paid increasing union dues.

It’s also irrelevant nonsense. The idea that “national” has any control over what an individual property negotiates (outside of legal issues) and would only apply resources to items that improve dues is absurd. It’s a fun conspiracy theory but that’s not how the alpa governance structure works.

If another pilot subsequently is awarded the resulting Qualified Personal Drop (QPD) rotation, your PD request will be awarded. You can then use the SmartSheet on the Crew Resources/Scheduling page in DeltaNet to request that a PB Day(s) be placed over the dropped rotation(s).”
