UAL management is negotiating via the media. All 3 majors are taking a wait and see attitude, so nothing is getting done. Nobody wants to go first, so nobody goes.

If you bid the right trip and use 4 pb days they are great for pay. Drop the IVD on a day with less than 3 hours of credit and you actually make more $.

they only negotiate Tuesday-Thursday as the other days are spent commuting offsite to negotiate. This will be going into next year unless the company wants to get serious. Still many open sections to get through, DH for instance is parked.

Folks need to lay off the rumor mill and settle in for awhile.

This indee.

I’m just hunkering down and building my war chest. Should be shopping for a Nomex suit to compliment my torch.

same here. I get the info from communicating with reps. Despite what co. propaganda errr I mean communications are sent out , we aren’t on the cusp of a deal …yet. There appears to be a disconnected reality from what the company tells us and what progress (little ) is actually happening at the table. This leads to this frenzy of rumors and assumptions.

Payback days aren't a problem for the company unless this staffing model is the new normal. Hmmm.

I don't believe Deadhead is or any other section is parked currently.

1.9% of 150% WS gets MEC Chairmen elected to ALPA National. ALPA can't tax QOL at all...
