2500 x highest paying 12yr Capt rate.

Current: 2500 x 353.85 = so $885K

If TA passes, new rate will be 417.54 x 2500 = $1.04M

is this regardless of your time with the company or based on your current pay rate? I am a new hire starting in a couple of weeks.

You are automatically covered at the highest pay rate x 2500 regardless of your longevity with the company/your current pay rate, unless you elect less coverage.

Subject to change with a new TA.
