Yep. JB is a wizard. It's a shame they won't listen to him, but yeah, egos and ladder climbing project/tech pilots that have the be The Smartest Man In The Room prevail.
Exhibit 1: Go read the M+ thread on SpyHub. 50 pilots talking about its inadequacies and one pilot telling everyone how wonderful it is and give him time, not really listening to any of the feedback and not caring what anyone thinks. It's become a line in the sand for the 4th floor. We're gonna use this turd and we're gonna like it.

And I see a huge difference. Yes, 67 is completely out of our hands. Being decided in rooms we don't have access to. I refuse to believe that things at this company are that way, and if they are, then everything we've been told is a lie. In other words, if they truly don't care what we think, and we just need to shut up and row, they should be honest, like the Rules of the Road call for, and just tell us that. In which case, we should become personally divested, punch the clock, go home, collect our checks. I don't think they want that.
