it’s entirely relevant. Age 65 caused everyone in aviation to stagnate where they were. You got 5 extra years as an ER CA. Some got 5 extra years as an RJ CA or FO or flight instructor. Now those people have to work longer to get the same career earnings they would have had without age 65. It’s 100% relevant.
