Why don't you take your shirt off, hang it up, and sleep in your t-shirt like the rest of us? Hell we even have clowns changing into pajamas in the galley on the ER and 400, apparently.

when I was on the ER I would change into sweats and a sweatshirt for sleeping. Granted, I did it in the lav, but it's my break, I'll be as comfy as I want to be.
As for uniform pants, just order the Lululemon ABC pants. They fit great, they look good, and they're bomb comfy
