Fixed; put one trip in priority 1 and another trip in priority 2. I didn’t realize you couldn’t put multiple trips on one priority?…even though there are lines for multiple trips.

The fix is to put it both ways: list the "full" drop you want, then the individual trips. The template has space for up to eight requests, which means you can cover every permutation up to three trips. More than three, you have to start picking & choosing which combo to ask for, with an emphasis on having individual trips listed for the Q purpose that sailing mentioned.
Unfortunately (and, stupidly), the template considers any drop in the list a success & deletes the rest--so, if a single trip drops via PD (or PB in your case), the whole request has been "satisfied." Once one of the trips drops, you have to go back in and put it back in for any remaining trips that haven't dropped yet. There's no way to tell it "keep trying to drop this trip, even if you drop this other trip."
