PB day request not listing as Qualified?

I submitted a couple of trips for Payback day drops, without adequate reserve coverage, and they are not showing up in OT as qualified trips. I also listed them as a Personal Drop to see if that listed them as Qualified...still no luck. FWIW, I've also listed them on the swap board...and I do see them on the swap board.
I rarely hold a line...so maybe I'm doing something incorrectly. Any suggestions?

it’s been 2 days. When I view the request in PCS it says “capped reserve days”. I filled out a case # with CS…maybe they will shed light on reason.

I think you have to list them all on separate lines, also…or something like that. Don’t have them all on the same line horizontally

If you put them on the same line you are asking for all or nothing. It can’t be a Q trip because you have tied the drop to getting both or not at all.
