Since this is a beer thread, anyone in ATL area should give beer from Georgia Beer Company a try. I picked up two different six packs from the local Total Wine. Both were pretty good. Never heard of them, but apparently out of Valdosta.

Any other craft beer recs around ATL? Or maybe on layovers?

Eventide…know the owners, they’re good people. Awesome brewery and bar area.

Two of our now retired pilots have breweries on the north side of ATL. One is called Stillfire Brewery in Suwannee, the other is Reformation Brewery. I've had both of their IPAs and they are very good. I'll try to post a link to their sites in a few minutes.

I'm waiting for CX500T to open a brewery. He's posted in the past how he does his own, and from what he's posted it sounds like he's making some really good stuff.

But yeah sure the stock down almost 40% in 5 years has recovered and everyone has forgotten lmao.

you do realize they make other beers than Bud Light…right? Probably not because most boycotters don’t care about facts. Lmao.

Any chance they brew an AGE 67 IPA?

The can brew an Age 67 Gose. Make it a little extra salty. Then brew a Retire Old Man Mexican Lager. Buyer beware, it's a pepper beer so it'll be a little extra spicy.

See which one sells best

How come none of my female friends think they're being mocked? It seems like it's only old men who are offended...

All this Bud Light, concern about whether someone sits to pee, etc is just a distraction so we don't get together and collectively ask questions like:
  • How is it some people can deduct $1 billion on a $100,000 investment? (depletion exemption)
  • Why is it hedge funds managers can consider compensation a long-term capital gain taxed at about half of what we wage earners pay?
  • Why is it that billionaires mostly pay no tax, unless they are dumb enough to liquidate equity to buy Twitter?
  • Why not just let AIG Financial Products division go bankrupt and settle with Deutchesbank & Goldman Sachs?
Instead, we are upset about stuff that doesn't matter.
