Maybe it is you who "can't figure it out" WRT social media and the power of a story especially one that includes such chutzpah, hypocrisy and projection towards our union. So, our time would probably be wasted helping "you make that leap."

And for all of us age 67 isn't dead by a long shot. The conference process isn't in front of the cameras.

Ill bite. Can you help me make the leap?

Wait. You think Delta Dave was a plant from the anti-age 67 crowd? 😂

Damn right. Couldn't have been better executed either. DALpA was probably behind it.

This might actually be the most amazing thing I have ever read.

Quote: As someone who was mostly in the middle of the road on age-67, that's one of the positives I could come up with. I'll be pleasantly surprised if I make it to 65 with a medical, an extra few years of LTD wouldn't be the worst thing. That said, there is a possibility that the delay in movement could cost you more, depending on when you go out. This doesn't even consider any one of the other unintended consequences of the change.
This (among a dozen other reasons) is why age 67 is not a good idea.

I thought the same thing. The company has the numbers, to the penny, how much LTD costs them each year. They can probably project how much it would costs for an increase in age.
Guess what they now have in upcoming contracts?
Leverage, and rightfully so.
From a strictly rational standpoint, this change will cost them lots of money for less productivity. They can prove that on paper. Why give them leverage to change one of the best benefits we have if your life takes a turn?!
Also, forget making any improvements to DC contributions as well.

So, this was a 63 year old ALPA lackey who agreed to go undercover in an attempt to take down Nehls and Cruz?
Do you think they lost comms with him a few days and Ambrosi almost sent in a tactical team to get him out, but then they saw him flexing for freedom and knew the op was a success?

Or, do you think it was a just goofball?

You youngsters could learn a lot from Alex. Way too gullible. Far too trusting. You let corporate America play you every time.
