Travelnet Woes
Anyone else having issues getting into Travelnet? I clear the browser cache and can get in once, but if I try to get into it later, I have to clear the cache again. Is this what everyone else is doing, or am I officially too old for computery things?

Ingocnito mode, or "New Private Window". Delta is the only website, including governement and banking websites, where this is necessary. Frustrating as h***.

My uneducated guess is if you ever don't logout correctly (e.g. you click on a link in DLNet and it opens a new DLNet window, then you logout of DLNet from the new window and just close the orginal window without also logging out) you'll be plagued with these issues for between 1 hour and 180 days. Then they only way around is the solution Fangs posted above or you can clear your cache at least 600 times in 3 days.

So far today, I've tried safari in and out of private window and Chrome. I've tried on my MACbook and the company issued IPad with no luck. Just got thru by using the private window option on safari. Have to think this is related to the spiffy new DeltaNet look.
Truly wish they would spend less time trying to trick us with the phishing attempts and actually come up with working IT. At this point our technology is embarassing no matter how much we pay for those awards we plaster all over our planes.

For what it's worth, I have problems (on mobile devices) with accessing this very forum. It goes into some kind of endless loop of loading adds and I'm unable to scroll through posts. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm using Chrome, Safari, on my iPhone or my tablet.
The solution? Incognito mode. And not logging in (just browsing as a nobody.)
