Default Delta AON assessment testing categories?

What is everyone seeing for their categories on the Delta's AON assessment? I'm just trying to find the areas where I need to refine my prep.

There have been several post regarding the AON assessment but none that that really nail down consistently what we are seeing?

Is the AON website "practice" examples consistent with the graded categories?

Someone previously mentioned 6 categories where another person said they had to do 8 categories...

I'd recommend checking out the DL Hiring: New Process thread. You might need to read back a few pages, but people are constantly sharing their experience with the AON. It's a great resource and you shouldn't have to go back too far.

Yeah, fair point

FWIW, I just finished my assesment and was pleasently surprised at the categories. I only had to do:
  • Spatial Orientation(RMI)
  • Deductive Thinking(Sudoku)
  • Multitasking
  • Auditory reasonin
  • Workplace Behaviors
I was extremely happy that monitoring and the hand/eye tunnel flight was no longer a thing.

What's the Auditory reasoning and Workplace Behaviors task? Quick explanation? Or is this in the AOn guide?

auditory reasoning is listening to several recordings of clearances given in different accents, and you need to answer a question based on the clearance.

workplace behaviors is the personality test. It’s on a scale from strongly agree to strongly agree. Something like this…

I am often late to work _________ I often feel stressed….

while neither may be true, or both may be, you need to pick on a scale from strongly agree with the first one, to strongly agree with the second one. There is no disagree option. Only strongly agree, somewhat agree, neutral, somewhat agree, strongly agree. It’s really stupid IMO, but that’s what it is.

Just took the Aon and apparently passed.

As mentioned

Spatial RMI
Multi Tasking
Shape Sudoku (this got hard really quickly, got into 4 puzzles with the purple star)
Auditory (definitely need pen and paper, if you dont and have a short memory you will probably fail this)
Work Based Personality

Do you mind sharing when you submitted your app and what your availability date was? Can’t figure out when/how AON invite emails seem to be going out. 🤣

Be consistent.

It will ask questions similar to previous ones you mentioned

I cant remember exactly but something like

I want a lot of money to buy an expensive car _ I value friendships

and then questions follow up later

I want to work alone _ I work best in groups

How do you feel about the RMI?

I figured out a quick trick to get through it without the math garbage.
