Default C44 Involved in Walkout at ALPA BOD

Probably going to be a hot topic around the industry as a photo of the walkout with a political flag being displayed is circulating. Outgoing C44 Chair is pictured along with an incoming C44 FO Rep.

If you're on the FB meme page, its on there. They're holding a big red Trump flag. People are losing their minds...I think Godwin's law was triggered.

Our group made huge contractual advances in 2012, 2016, and 2023. Ill let you all correlate that with the party overseeing the NMB during those years. Hint: it wasn’t mandarin mussolini or his party.

Always fun to see the complete and total disconnect that Trump cult lovers show when they are also seemingly pro-union lol...

They aren't pro-union. They are mildly pro-my-union and only when it benefits them. Many of them think they'd make more money under a merit-based system and CERTAINLY believe only pilots are worthy of having unions. All other unions are bad.

Also gotta add that in 2020 we survived not because of that party. I kept my job because of that administration and he made it clear that airlines were essential to the country.

Meanwhile they blocked JetBlue/spirit merger.

Anti-trust laws blocked the merger. Jetblue scuttled its own merger by telling the investors they were going to eliminate the ULCC model.
