Default HELP ASAP How to change a Buddy Pass

Same day, same city pairs, just going thru a different HUB. Following instructions on DeltaNet, I keep getting an error message. Says contact Res Sales, which I did. They won't help cuz its a Buddy Pass. My buddy is day 2 in HND trying to get home. HELP

there is an employee pass phone number specifically for employees. Try them if you haven’t already. They are open normal business hours, the wait time can be a couple hours.

Once checked in, I've always had them ask the CS agents at the airport, never had a problem. Either the help desk or a nice gate agent if you can find one.

Have they rolled out the expanded “fly confirmed for less” program yet? Like where you and your neighbor can go on a trip together. Going on an international trip later this year. Using the crowd strike spirit passes for my wife and I but we’re bringing her parents with too. Is there any way for them to access a
discounted confirmed ticket at this time or do I have to buy full fare? Primary companion would kick my wife off, correct? Just want to make sure I’m not missing something with the changes.

No to the last part. As part of the deal of eliminating Buddy passes is that you can now designate a travel "companion" in addition to your spouse. I don't know if they will have access to fly for less though.
