I just quickly looked it over, looked like the bottom 717A was number 6901?

Lots of M's there! (Mandatory disp).

Anyone got a DOH for that number?

And the most junior number I saw, was CVG MD88B, about 117xx or so, which was junior to the 717 plug I believe.

There were also 5 ATL 767A's who displaced up, to the ATL 777, one was senior to me, so I only moved backwards one number, I think...coulda' been a lot worse, there were several 777A's bumped off.

All the more reason you should know better. Guys like you make it harder for everyone. Unbelievable.

We've all been "wronged". The point is to make it right whenever you have the opportunity.

Unscientific quick count. 43 Capts and 43 FOs displaced to 717.
31 Capts overall were from the 88 and 60 FOs from the 88. I wonder if the powers to be are happy with those numbers?

A couple times, the pilot had not even boarded yet. I was told, "no hard feelings" just like you were. Now, I just laugh when they ask me to inconvenience myself so they can get on. I treat jumpseaters on my flights very well, but the days of inconveniencing myself are over.
Be sure to tell us that (you refuse to sit in a FA jumpseat) next time one of us is about to do that for you. Will make leaving you behind very easy.

Overall, it looks like the AE wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

A lot of guys made elective choices that opened up opportunities down the food chain. I was surprised how junior ATL7ER went given the entire 767 category closed.

I count 107 717B's. Didn't the bid say they wanted 145 in each seat?

Bring on the hiring!

I can't see how they won't be happy. I really was amazed at how many 88B's took the freeze/paycut for a glimmer of seniority.

Just shows how stagnant everybody is feeling I guess.

I have been wronged commuting too...it stinks, but oh well. It is the right of the dci company pilots to get on their metal. Fwiw, swa has been the most accommodating since jblu is no longer an option. Both are easier than dal/ dci in my experience.

You buy the first, I'll get the next 4

Why do I not buy the "hiring" thing after this AE?
