Sure it's been asked and answered many times but what's the final numbers on how many furloughed guys are coming back
I have the comprehensive dental. It's been a while but I still think braces/orthodontia is covered at fifty percent. There may be a maximum on that too.
As far as health plans go, I've always gone with the Diamond HSA. It seems to work the best for me and mine.

I'm on my 2nd set of braces with kids and so far the total cost where I'm at has never been over $5000. This last round cost us $2200 and the insurance paid $2200.
23 Aug memo said 142 had accepted recall and 8 said no thanks. There are 168 that have to either accept or resign, plus another 32 that have a few more years to go.

Sierra Nevada has opened a large brewery near Asheville, NC, and does most of its East coast distribution from there. They run a 'beer camp' and have encouraged the local micro brewers to come in and learn about brewing. New Belgium is also building a brewery in Asheville that will open in 2015 or 2016. Asheville is becoming known as "Beer Town", and is a must visit for beer afficionados. There's a nice winery at the Biltmore Estate also. Combine that with a trip up the Blue Ridge Parkway (non drinking of course) and you've got a nice fall trip... you're welcome!
Being near the breweries is cool - I live 2 miles from the Stone Brewery in San Diego, but Stone beer is actually cheaper at Costco.

You guys don't know how good you have it compared to buying (good) beer in Utah. 3.2 is available in supermarkets but anything stronger must be bought at a state liquor store. It is literally sold by the bottle, and it's not uncommon at all to be over $2.00 a bottle (and I'm not talking something exotic) plus sales tax, of course.
It's outrageous!

Now I'm thirsty - huh. Maybe a stop @ the Port on the way home? LOL.

Starting early next week, CR will contact bypass-furlough pilots and assign class dates (beginning with the 04 November re-call class). By the end of the week, 20 Sept, I think the best estimate of #'s will be available. Of course there may be a few who no-show or "retire/resign" before the assigned class date.
This is for ACL
No, I was thinking after the nominating process (perhaps that should be looked at too) a simultaneous vote be held by both the membership and the LECs. Each vote would be weighted fifty percent then combined.
Do I have to be present at a meeting to propose this? If so I'll be unable, I am always either working or two thousand miles away. Been hoping for a long time for a meeting to be scheduled either the day after or before one of my rotations.
Be really neat if I could attend the meetings via the net. I would like to participate but Ido not have controll over my schedule. Got two in college and a long commute.
