Someone should teach the old timer to cut/paste into word and save as...

Could someone help me with a scheduling question. I have a five day trip with a check airman on the 11th however only two legs in the middle of the trip are listed as OE.

11th MSP-MKE MKE-MSP MSP-LAX
12th LAX-HND OE (scheduled as a 4 man crew 2 from MSP 2 from LAX)
15th HND-LAX OE
15th LAX-MSP

I am trying to figure out what the company can legally do with me. I read section 23.g.5 but it does not exactly answer my question. The way I see it, I will have to fly the first day and either ride in the back LAX-HND-LAX or sit at the hotel in LAX for 4 days then work the one leg on the 15th.

Will they make me stay in the hotel for 4 days? (there is only so much beer I can drink)

Can they reassign me flying once I get to LAX?

Thanks in advance for your help, I'm just curious how this is going to play out.

Quick question. On the last bid, I was awarded a new base but same equipment so no training required. The proj training/conversion list showed me converting in APR. Icrew doesn't show me changing bases and even PBS shows me based in DTW (current base). Do I just bid flying in my new base for next month? Will PBS let me bid flying at my new base if it still shows my old base? What do I do, yo?

The info you seek is somewhere in the secure content locker yo.

You bid where pbs allows.

As the title says, it's only projected training/conversion. You'll get all sorts of pop ups in icrew when it comes time. Also there is a conversions tab on the left side of the crew resources homepage that has links to conversion documents. When you see your name appear on one of those then you know you're converting.

It sounds like they did not convert you. You would bid your current base. The projected list is just a guess for planning. The actual conversion list is what counts. To double check you can view the conversion lists for APR on Delta net.

Did you get a pop-up in iCrew saying you've been converted? If not, look at the actual conversion list. You probably didn't get converted yet.

DeltaNet/Crew Resources/Conversions - look at the appropriate list.
