Highly doubtful.
I personally know some Delta FO hired from 07 on and I have flown with alot of guys here at CPZ. I have flown with United, ABX, ATA, Aloha, Gemeni, Champion, Airtran, USAirways, American, Furloughed FO's. I have also flown with 15 year 757 Captains plus DC10, MD11 Captains So yeah we have pilots who are more exprienced than recent new hires. Sorry but the truth hurts |

Now, when you say "many" and specifically mention senior Whale FOs - it gets very ambiguous and hard to prove one way or another, but like I said who cares? Speaking of experience - at what point does senility overcome the value of experience? And finally, less than 3 years until the first Age 65 discrimination lawsuit! Scoop  |

His point was and is that there are some very qualified people here in the right seat of Delta Jets. Not all were 2000-4000hr 25-27 y/o pilots. Of the pilots in that group, there were some very qualified individuals. In a nut shell hrs in a seat are not the only qualifications.
Hours in a seat aren't the only thing that reveal qualifications. Being able to manage others while operating professionally in a difficult environment can reveal alot! |

Go get it! Seriously what motivated them to take $24/hour job? Let me guess .. Are you hurting by the way your company treats you, Professional Airline Pilot? |
