The reason a few guys have mandatory retirements at present, is they turned 60 prior to that date, but down bid to S/O, and were S/O's on the date change. They subsequently bid back to a control seat and are still with us.

Question, I couldn't find it here Airline Pilot News and Analysis - scope-table so I don't know what their scope clause is but if Alaska voted in super strong scope and then we merged, could we then say "we want their scope."
I think Horizon is going all Dash 8-400, so if it was no jets.
Or Hawaii, do they have regionals? I doubt it... don't know, too early to research.
