Question for you lawyer types on here.
Hypothetical ... a pilot goes to a gas station, gets covered in gas when the gas hose breaks, it gets in his eyes and lungs, clothes from the chest down are drenched, the station attendants don't offer an eye wash or any other help other than offering the use of the female restroom out back because "its much cleaner than the mens'." Within 15 minutes, his eyes are burning, throat is sore, and has a pounding heahache from the fumes. He doesn't seek medical attention and instead goes on his way. Now the gas station's insurance department is calling and wondering about his health and extent of damages. Any idea how much this is worth? |

Even better is that the voter turnout was 49% of eligible voters. Awesome work guys. That is who you get the change you want.

I would love them to do that T. So far all of the councils from last election and 66 have put new voting reps in.

Yeah.... I am bracing for the excuses as to why we cannot go in and chop the pay/bennies of the staff at national to more mirror that of the line pilots they "serve". Oh that's right, they have a UNION....
I always thought that was ironic. :) |

If I remember correctly, they went on strike, too.

You're hired! :) |

So you'd bankrupt the union, threaten to rip up their contracts, take 50%+ off their pay, take their pensions and call it a day. But only for the line secretaries. The VPs pay would stay the same?
You're hired! :) Like I said, I will personally drive Lee's car to DC on my days off to save us from having to lease one while he is there... |

Uh... no... I think I have been perfectly clear about my disdain for how much the executive level at national gets. I have been met with the justifications of how they are away from home and need transportation and all that rot... Oh no... EVERYONE at national needs an adjustment.. starting at the top.
Like I said, I will personally drive Lee's car to DC on my days off to save us from having to lease one while he is there... 1.) Lee would get more than an earful from you, & 2.) He would never get to where he wanted to go because you would always be trying to steer towards Capitol Hill and/or the White House to finish what you had to say. :D |
