Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Why do you think he'll need cooperation? How much cooperation was required by UAUA and CAL pilots to accomplish their corporate merger during two open Section 6 negotiations?
Alaska has less than 1500 pilots. Hawaiian has less than 500. Combined they're less than 16% of the Delta pilot group. Which costs more, a delayed integration or a substantial raise for 14000+ pilots?

If you recall, RA needed the cooperation of Delta pilots to change the PWA's scope language. Without that change, Delta would not have been able to operate NWA aircraft in the Pacific. There would probably be some similar type of PWA problems that would need our agreement in the event of another merger.

There are issues with a Alaska merger that would also be problems. Our reps are very aware of that and from talking with them would push for a complete early opening of the contract if a merger with Alaska were to come to pass. The only way however the company is going to go that route is if they feel that someone else is going to make a run on Alaska.

you know, its thanksgiving, i was awarded it off!! and I'm sick. The irony. I thought you called in sick to get holidays off, not got them off and got sick.
so yes, i'm snokered on nyquil as i type so i probably wont respond to any responses to any incendiary comments i make from here on out... but rest assured, if it was me satch, i'd find tsquares house of beer.
try the atl jetway code as the alarm code. if that doesn't work take your delta id. when the cops show tell them youre a delta pilot and not a word more. there is no way they'll question you sinxe its obvious only a delta pilot could live in a mansion on the beach in south florida. thrn say hi to donald trump and act like you belong there.

Heard there might be a little football game played today that the two of you might be interested in...
Well I'll be doing the 4 leg FLA tour today so no game for me. I'll have to watch it Sunday when I get back. Wanna come to San Antonio FTB? One of us. Will need the Nyquil!
He needed some scope changes for all the connection carriers. He could however have easily completed the merger without DALPA onboard. It would have simply cost him some money. We actually recovered in the joint contract quite a bit more money then the estimated costs for the company to comply with the contract as written. He essentially paid for our cooperation. The contract extension was my hang up.

I do have a reoccurring dream of missing the van and the ER taking off without me (so that must be Satch unless he's in the Pam Beasley dreams, awkward) leaving me behind in Pakistan. Then I was supposed to deadhead out but missed the van again. It's so painful. I love the maddog.
There's only two ways this can go...
happy FTB:
Or
And vice versa for Satch.
Is valium over the counter? I'll actually watch it and not tivo it if I could have valium.
Little known fact, the better Auburn plays (as in undefeated) the fewer games I watch. I tivo them and get updates on the iphone. If we win I watch, if we don't I don't. I won't even check APCF, I had to watch the super bowl a quarter late thanks to a family medical issue. I was in the 2nd quarter when someone on here mentioned the score. D'OH what was I thinking.

Without LOA-19/JCBA we would have opened April 1, 2009. That would have been outstanding timing for management...not so much for us. Oh, and the average guy wouldn't have over $50,000 in stock in their retirement plan either.
I feel your pain. I did a personal drop to get turkey day and today off and I've been sick with the flu since Monday. Go figure!
