It isn't only how I feel. You are representing Delta in a public web forum. You are breaking numerous Delta employee codes of conduct, so explain to us all again how you were hired without Delta lowering their minimums? I would venture a guess if Delta saw your comment and found out who you were they would fire you. Do you call the Delta gate agents you work with who wear turbans "ragheads" too?

Fatso, I read this post and thought to myself - this is why I dumped my facebook account. Questioning the status of ones employment by what they post on here is out of line IMO, much like the Dbag that forwarded Shyguys post over to his chief pilot. One of my favorite quotes (which should be the moto of THIS forum) is from one of Americas founding father, Patrick Henry - "I may not agree with what you say, but I shall defend to my death your right to say it"?

I'm fairly certain that doesn't apply to the PWA for Delta pilots. The accessibility of the PWA is not limited to company sites.

Im sure it doesnt either. Almost everybody has access to our PWA. Im glad that he is watching after us though!!!:D What a great brother!!

Political correctness offends me.

Somewhat political post follows... probably be pulled, but here goes:

It is amazing to me that Christians can be referred to in any number of derogatory ways, and that is sanctioned by the left. Hundreds are murdered in Egypt by peace loving muslims, and yet it is wrong to call them out on it. Ted Cruz and the Tea Party conservatives are characterized as "whackos" "terrorists" hostage takers" and "Tea Baggers" yet the height/weight disproportionate "pilot" (fatso is derogatory, isn't it?) doesn't seem to mind that moniker. It is OK to let those with a left leaning agenda spit on those folks with impunity. So tell me -height/weight challenged aviator- would you be satisfied if I apologized to all those whom I have offended? Perhaps muhammed atta while we are at it? Sorry... won't go that far. I hope he is burning in hell right now. As someone else said, why don't we take this offline?

Oh, and I do not represent Delta in any way. If that is your opinion, then you need to get a life.

And last edit: Ya'll better eat that popcorn quick, I'm not going to stoop to this idiocy any more.... Love ya, mean it.

Now you've gone and done it...obviously a racist on top of everything if you aren't showing soft bigotry in every other sentence.

Sure, says the guy..... They lowered their standards for you judging by your behavior on these boards. Have you read any of the documents on DeltaNet on how to handle yourself as an employee of Delta Air Lines?

Fat,

I'm not going to research all of ts's posts, but if I were you, I would be very careful treading in these waters. If you are wrong, or even mistaken, he could get you for liable.

If you have a problem with him, why don't you take it to the PM's? This is not the place for this.

I bet Delta would prefer that you take it private, too.

Where can you take a practice one? Thanks!

Practice MMPIs were offered as part of the interview preparation process. It was about 15 years ago when I did it, so I don't remember who offered it except that it was offered and analyzed by a female psychologist.

You can probably just try googling it or ask about it with whoever you are doing your interview preparation with.

Just an aside, the MMPI is used as a tool to suggest possible jobs/careers for which your personality might be aligned. It is not a valid screening tool to determine if a pilot is capable of being a pilot.

That said, if you hear voices, or a black dog told you to kill the president and you check those blocks on the MMPI, you have self selected out.

IMO, there is no real reason to take a practice MMPI. The test is used to determine truthfulness, there are many questions that circle back on themselves. Even if you take a practice one, there are just too many questions for you to cheat it or trick it. Take it with a blank mind and be yourself and honest.
