LGA is probably where the highest amount of flying on both aircraft originates. JFK would be next with EWR a distant 3rd. Flying changes month to month but we only have a small operation at Newark.

Anyone know where to get a good haircut while in training? I'm starting to look like a hippie and having thoughts of having to buy a comb:D

Was there ever any clarification on whether or not we can bid new equipment on AEs during the hold back, or was it base changes on the same equipment only? Good luck next week!

Base Changes on same Equipment only for new-hires for the first 12 months

Base changes only. A holdback is considered to have begun class on his original date. He is eligible to participate in vacancy bids to change bases on his aircraft, but may not change aircraft until a year after his original hire date.

Reserves get paid Average Line Value, right? Is that number fleet specific or system wide average?

They get ALV minus 2, but no lower than 72 and no higher than 80. The ALV is position specific, i.e., aircraft and seat.

Thanks. Is that average usually on the higher end?
