Sweet! Do you live in NYC? Or will you be commuting?

Is that an increase from the originally announced/approved 750? So...970 total?

Default Spreadsheet update, Apr 9th

here you go. Added the class drop from the 4th. I don't really know how many or class sizes for May. Adjusted numbers to get total numbers for the year to 920. I am assuming I am missing a lot of interview data or they are going to interview people and put them in INDOC the next week.

cheers,
badger

Default Interview Invitation

Hey all,

Thanks for all the great info! I recently received the e-mail invitation to Interview with Delta and I am very excited about it as Delta is by far my number 1 choice!

I have full two months to prepare and I practice everyday on my math and cog skills, story telling, etc. I plan on using Aero Crew Solution for the HR portion, I've been to one of his seminars and I believe it is money well spent.

I've been told before that if you failed the HR portion you will not get a second chance to interview with Delta again, is that policy still in place? I know several guys that failed the testing portion and were invited back within 6 months but have not heard about guys that failed the HR portion.

Also, is there a dropbox account with more gouges that might be helpful for my prep?

Thanks again for all the info, can't wait to interview with Delta!

I know several people who had trouble with the HR panel over the past year. They were all invited back in 6 months, and some were subsequently hired.

That is the way it used to be. Now it's all about the point system if you score above a certain level of points you get hired. If you score less but still get above a certain threshold, you can re-interview. If you score below that, you aren't invited back.

As far as gouge, I've heard that there is a Facebook group for DL interview prep. If sure someone will chime in with its name or a link.

Or one my get told to re-apply in a year. I think it depends how close the applicant was to the cut.

One in my into class last Nov was a re-interview from 8 months prior, never went to day 2 (psych evaluation.). One also didn't pass the psych eval but they passed the board, as I hear most do. Good luck. Two months is almost too much time, that's what I had and started to feel burned out.
