That looks about right, but remember that's second year pay. First year is the same regardless if it's a 777 or 717. Also in training (until you begin IOE) you get a base training ot of $3909.40 (may be a few dollars more or less).

That training pay is a pre tax amount...pathetically low for an industry leading carrier

Yes you are right.
I didn't know that the 3900 was until IOE. that's good news.
Do you have other good news regarding the fact that new hires have to pay for their uniforms? Eg: We only have to pay for the tie. The rest is company provided...
