a year or 400 hours, whichever comes first.

Thanks Deny and Purple, trying to get that 400 as quick as I can but don't think I'll make the vote unless it gets drawn out another 2 months min...

I just emailed my reps and voted NO on the poll.

Would like to hear from those who voted YES on the poll.

What are your thoughts?

I have sent several emails to MEC executives and all reps....with only auto replies. I did get a couple cell numbers and texted....
Please represent me with a NO vote on the TA.

Frankly, I would too but I understand they would probably be opening up a ****storm if they did. They probably don't want to deal with that. Understandable IMO.

Easy yes vote. Not a home run but reasonable offer over a 3 year period. LCP FO bidding was the worst concessions but with the fleet growth combined with retirement I can see the company needing some relief. Overall good job by NC.

there is a similar poll on the chit chat forum, albeit with a smaller number of respondents

Latest update on chit-chat shows our Reps are currently at 10 against and 9 for. Lets hope that holds true.

This is a ridiculous proposition and thorough waste of time...asking organ-grinding monkeys, who sit on mgmt.'s shoulders happy to get any scraps their masters decide to throw to them, for their thoughts. You may as well ask them why they love bananas instead of why they would vote to give concessions during a time of record profits & exec. compensation.

If they want speed they can pay for it.
8/.25/3/3 is not an adequate payment. No concessions. <that's a period!
