Hmmmmm. Really?

Easy yes vote. Not a home run but reasonable offer over a 3 year period. LCP FO bidding was the worst concessions but with the fleet growth combined with retirement I can see the company needing some relief. Overall good job by NC.

You're still on probation right?

I say it passes MEC by 75% and passes memory rat 60%. When 2018 rolls around TA2018 will suck even worse and they'll talk about how wonderful TA 2015 was at achieving things it had no control over, and by the looks of it, TA2015 will look relatively better.

We will then say we'll get em next time while they say we beat them in 12, 15 and 18.

If this passes the membership, ALPA is gone forever.

Geeze, why don't you tell us how you really feel! I'm just as or more angry than you but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Life goes on.

First off, I'm lurker on here, but I can't keep still with this TA. What has me going (besides Profit Sharing) is the scope stuff. We are donating money to the ALPA PAC to fight off the ME3, but we won't even fight off our own company and JV deals. I view scope and outsourcing as the number one threat to our careers! We can have all the retirements in the world, but if there are no widget tails in the sky, then there are no Delta jobs. Please DALPA do a better job protecting scope. Continue the fight with ME3, but don't forget the dog growling in our own backyard!

Wow...20 people already said "yes" on here? Please don't play dead once again. Delta pilots have NEVER in history voted down a tentative agreement and the company knows this...that's why you're getting this BS.

8/6/3/3 with the loss of profit sharing is really on average 4.75% per year. Take about 3% inflation per year and it's 1.75% in real gains per year...after losing your pension and billions in givebacks??? Please tell me that you have a spine!

How about you flight attendants organize your own Union and fight for your own profit sharing. Now, because of your lack of a spine, management will reduce your profit sharing because of what DALPA has done. I'll support your Union drive 100%.
