Has anyone been to a road show yet? If so please post what you're hearing from the sales reps, uh I mean the I use the term loosely, negotiators...

I saw a short clip of MD at a road show at the podium responding to a question. He had a mic, but maybe he wasn't aware of the purpose of the mic because he was yelling his answer in the form of threats to the audience about the horrible consequences of voting the TA down. Seriously yelling and worked up.
After seeing how this man apparently has a lot of ego invested in this TA I have to wonder how good a job as a chairman he would do working on a new TA if this one is voted down. By his actions in the video I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't fully behind improving our position; as in possibly taking some inner satisfaction at failure to dramatically improving the TA. I don't know the man, and maybe that's not something he's capable of, but from the way he's shouting and yelling at his audience it wouldn't surprise me.
Plus there's the fact that he will look pretty bad for failing to get it over the finish line. In the interest of Delta pilots I hope he considers resigning if the TA fails. Personally, I think he should have resigned after this POS came back, but that's another matter.

Look at the Latest and Greatest at Delta thread below on the main page, there is an excellent ATL Roadshow recap posted there now.
And I agree on MD being replaced if/when this TA fails, I also think the Strategic Planning and Negotiating Committees need to go. We are still 6 months ahead of our amendable date, there is no hurry for signing on to 3 more years of concessions.

Were there any Chief Pilots or staff in the audience? I'm sure the Company is also trying to gage how this thing is going. For example, political campaigns will have daily poll results to gage how the message is being received and make adjustments.
I would like to be a fly on the wall in a back room this evening!!

Those in the FB group "DL Pilots Against Contract 2015 TA" can check out the "Live from Peachtree City" liveblog, ended up over 350 comments.
I posted a recap in L&G, though I prolly shoulda done it here. It was initially pretty calm during Mike's intro & first part of presentation. Got pretty rowdy later on culminating with Mike yelling for about 3 or 4 minutes straight. I got about a minute of video, will upload it later...really should have kept it rolling. I know others have video that's a lot longer than the one clip already posted to FB. I think Mike D is just starting to realize how ****ed the pilot group is and is cracking up under the pressure to sell this turd.

Shoot, for that matter, was RA watching from a small camera hidden in the ceiling tiles? Ya know, like the SWAT teams use. If Tom Cruise falls through a ceiling somewhere suspended by a rope, we'll have our answers!!
