Actually I missed that part however if the company wants to manipulate it there still are ways. I don't quite understand the rolling 18 month part either. The company has already stated they are making pay changes in the next few weeks. They could give a large raise now and another one on 31 Dec. Then skip a raise until for two years. That would leave us with a zero increase.
They could also give a huge raise Jan 1 and we get that too. Not gonna happen, but "they could".
I thought we were all in this together, one team. Why would you think they would be manipulative if we are such good friends?
Again, a ZERO % INCREASE and BIG PS CHECK is worth voting NO on sub standard TA that was produced.

Because they were not presented all of the facts by the union that claims to represent them.
It's three years late, but I'm voting for C2012 this time around. No concessions and 9.25% over the next three years is fine by me. I'll make up the pay spread with one LCA OE drop and another JV grievance. I'll enjoy bidding on ALL trips in the bid pack and keeping my medical records private for 3-5 years while parked with the NMB. And I'll have more time off, because the ALV won't get raised.

By the way, do you have room for me too on your team? Harwood really likes me.

Management's have done that in the past. And its usually not worked out very well for them, especially in good times.
Not to mention that while "saving" a couple percent that way, they would be doing more to unify and galvanize the pilot group than we could ever do on our own.
So bring it on if that's how they choose to play it. We shouldn't fear that in the slightest.

Sure, they could raise the mic to their face, say "a contract is a contract, sucka!", drop the mic to ear punching feedback and walk off stage.
