Which regional pays a CA 188 an hour and a copilot 128 an hour?
3rd year CA pay which will probably be the average for this aircraft will be 175 an hour. 3rd year FO is like 109. I must be out of touch with regional wages.

IMO, it depends on where it's based. Put in in CVG and it will take 20 years to hold it.

A mainline aircraft that closely matches the abilities of a current mainline jet and outshines past similar size jets should not have captain pay rates below the best F/O pay rate on the property. That's what the bar is for me. Something closer to the 717/DC-9 rate would be in order.

SkyWest: $115
Air Wisconsin: $106
GoJet: $97
Horizon: $114
Mesa: $102
Trans States: $101
Delta E190 (C2012): $131.42 ($136.71 is the top F/O rate in the TA)
Delta E190 (TA): $177.96 / 188.64 / 194.30 / 200.13
The rates for the other carriers are top captain rates, which vary with longevity and equipment, are from APC. Does anyone care to chime in on the veracity of those rates?
I see a 35 percent increase in pay for an aircraft that isn't on the property yet. It doesn't pay as much as 764 B, but it does pay more than 7ER B.
So what does "terrible" hinge upon? This thing crushes the market average, and brings a lot of block hours (and captain jobs) to the mainline.
