Ahhhhh, good point. A special meeting needs to be called then.

The problem is the LEC Chair is the guy who calls the special meeting. If its to get recalled, I'd bet he'll be dragging his feet on that one.

No doubt, but 45 days is the maximum he can put the meeting off per the C&BL.
