Strickly my opinion based on the utter lack of success of other airlines and the NMB timelines. In one area I do disagree with many posters. I believe a release to strike is possible and depending on politics a PEB is not a slam dunk. The problem is that it will take 5 to 7 years to get that release.

With the price of fuel, it's possible the profit sharing will take the sting out of being parked. If the company would remove the concessions, not required in this environment, there would be a contract today. Or by the amendable date. It's up to them.

True. But the concessions were what made TA15 cost positive to the company. The are not going to agree to anything cost negative to them right now. Why would they?

If he wants to keep it that way, he's going to have to come up with a whole lot more Money, and a whole lot less concessions, or that JD Power award is going to go bye bye, right along with our 99.9% completion rate.
