Not sure what you mean by this? If you're not an elected MEC member, your only voice is via voting via the keyboard. To suggest that the nearly 7,000 members that voted this TA down are not relevant because they don't work for the union is nonsense. The majority has spoken, and now the majority will decide if the chosen 19 will continue to serve at our pleasure.

I never suggested that any pilot's view was not relevant "because they don't work for the union." You put words in my mouth. And you want to talk about respect?

Yawn...what you said is that if you disagree with our MEC, and don't work on the MEC, then you are a keyboard warrior. Do you have a problem with the members of a democracy taking action as they see fit?

If C44 manages to save themselves at the recall meeting, and I think that is an open question, should they decide to run for another term I predict they won't be elected by the entire membership. I know they can do a lot of damage in between. But, these four individuals are toast. Nothing personal. Just a reading of the tea leaves.
