Default JV settlement

Anyone been able to preview their amount? I followed the instructions but there was nothing on the self service page that fit the description. And it is supposed to pay out 1 Sep as part of the normal paycheck.....is that right?

Last email I read said review period was July 15 - Aug 15. Company has 45 days after review period ends to pay it out. Haven't seen an update since.

From the latest Vectors:

JV Settlement Distribution: The Joint Venture Grievance, MEC Grievance 15-01, settlement funds will be distributed at the end of August. On August 31, pilots will receive them as a second payment in conjunction with the regular end of month advance.

I got something in the mail that broke down my payout.

Ok. Thanks to all. I did not get anything in the mail and I guess I missed the viewing window to see the amount.

The payout may be ridiculously small given the company operated in bad faith...but at least we get to pay dues on it.

I hope on the next TA when they come at our sick leave again they leave in a 3 year compliance window with 1 year to get back into compliance and if we don't then we get into another year of trying to get back into compliance.

Brilliant capn.

We should rewrite the entire contract using our scope language.

Instead of measuring things by metrics we can't meet, we will change the metrics to something we can meet and justify it shamelessly.
