Under investigation since November? It's January. That's must be a lot of investigating. I'm just hoping we don't have another "trip rig grievance" fiasco; a baseless grievance used as political cover for those who mislead the pilots during a ratification.

Falcon 7 sounds like a disgraced former dalpa insider, still trying to blame the 65% for his failures. He's possibly one of the MD11. His goal is to parley his reprehensible conduct into a management gig, or failing that, hop on the ALPA national gravy train.

Well that didn't answer a single one of those questions.

Answer: The party that first brought 1E9 to the table.

Answer: The entity responsible for threatening an assault on 3B4 and not taking action to ensure the PWA was applied as intended.
