Word is the company postponed the contractually required Profit Sharing audit.

Can anyone verify?

The MEC put out a tweet this afternoon saying it'll now be at noon on Friday the 29th.

I don't know about that, however the % the company posted was lower than what my rep had said was going to be posted. Also I do believe the union is taking the stance that the JV settlement should count toward profit sharing.

Does that coinicde with their response to our counter-proposal?

Last time we combined apples and oranges, we got a **** TA and a **** poor JV grievance settlement all wrapped up with a big bow.

I think you're right. That was the first thing I thought about when I saw the tweet. Too coincidental for me.
