Better tell James Bond, in another thread he said he hasn't heard -anyone- complaining about slow upward progression in quite a while.

There's movement to the 85-100th percentile in some categories, but for someone who wants to control their schedule (me), we're stuck on the Douglas products.

Or the airbus... or the boeings...

I guess it depends on your perspective. I came into this expecting to be on reserve for 4-5 years and would have been pretty happy if I could upgrade in less than 10 years. As it turns out, I never had to sit reserve (if I didn't want), and I could already hold Captain at less than < 2 years on property.

I wasn't expecting much on this AE as it was rather small. However, I continue to move up in my category (Boeing), even with this AE. I'm expecting much more on the late summer AE which has been said to be another large bid, especially if they open up the 350.

I'm on a pure international airplane out of ATL and haven't moved up a number in a year in my category.

Yes. If he's local good on him. If he's a commuter and a masochist good on him .

Word has it that one of the 2014 guys awarded 717 captain today dove over from airtran after southwest bought them.

Now he's holding captain seat on a former airtran plane while people his seniority that didn't leave southwest can't even hold atlanta FO still.

The 2014 wave has cracked ATL Captain. That's pretty cool.
