Default Verizon discount

I saw in the perks section of deltanet we get a 20% discount on Verizon wireless. Does anybody know if this 20% discount is off the entire bill or just the "data" portion of the bill?

My bill shows 21% off the entire bill as my Delta discount. I've been with them a couple years, not sure if that makes any difference.

Mine only has 20% off one phone. We have 4 others in a family plan -- no discount.

we have used Verizon forever. We are now switching to Tmobile. We have 4 lines. If I was by myself I would switch to Google. Google is very, very simple and easy.

Verizon just cost too much: Their customer service and network does not make up for it.

Lately, even their network has been bad.

Saigon, no Verizon data.
Ramstein, no Verizon data.
Abu Dhabi, no Verizon data.
Hong Kong, no Verizon data.

I use my phone basically the same everywhere I go. Have had some cost overages. Last year on a trip to Portugal/Spain, had to pay $1000 extra in overages...no idea why my costs were so high that much, as my phone usage wasn't different, as far as I could tell.

Also, Tmobile treats the US/Canada/Mexico all the same, which is great for us.

Namaste.

Wow quite a wide variety of ideas on this subject. Anyone else care to chime in? I do have 4 other phones on the family plan so it would be a bummer if only my phone received the discount...

AT&T has a 22% discount but their coverage sucks in areas too. ATL airport data is grossly inadequate. YMMV

Have Verizon w/4 phones on the family plan and get the discount on the total bill. Mostly domestic user, but pay $2/day of use in Mx and ca with no other use charges.

Verizon wont give me the Delta discount. They say I got a great deal on my plan, and they cannot offer the Delta discount.
