Hot news on Chit Chat - Allegiant Pilots just got a 40% raise! I believe their new rates will surpass our MD-88 guys.

Is there anyone left who still wishes we passed TA-15? :confused:

Spoke to a couple SWA pilots yesterday. They said the same thing and boy, did they seem happy about it.

Allegiant's 700 pilots got $350 Million in improvements over 5 years.

Our 13,000 pilots will need to get $6.3 BILLION in improvements over 5 years to match them on a per pilot basis!

Our counter offer is now too low!

Yeah, but, we're hiring, we have state of the art tablets coming....

China is paying up to 234k now for RJ drivers. Market seems to be tightening up.

Well that brings the picture into focus.

Allegiant pilots make more than we do.
I had to let that sink in for a minute.

It won't be long before it becomes embarrassing to say you work for Delta.
The greed of our management is slowly going to kill this company.

This management regime more and more begins to resemble the Mullin bunch.
Bleed every last dollar out of the corporation and then flee to your Miami condos. Who cares if you leave behind a pile of wreckage? You got yours.

Delta stock now down in the mid $30s. Good thing they executed all those billions of stock buybacks when it was in the mid $40s. Pure genius.

No kidding. They are making themselves royalty, wealth for generations. When times were tough, they came for our wages, benefits and retirement. Now, they've forgotten.

Leo Mullin took his $25 million severance package to Martha's Vineyard. Florida was too pedestrian.

We're hiring 1000/year. And with retirements coming, you wont even feel those Allegiant payrates.

Based on the lack of the usual cheerleaders, I'm betting there's a winning TA in the air.

Congratulations to the Allegient pilots. With AA getting 5% PS, the new UAL contract and now Allegient getting a deal that increases their contract value, our MEC should have no problem hitting a home run this summer. No excuses, get'r done.
