Hazzard, Hanson, Harwood, Culp...are those the capable guys that you speak of? No thanks, you get a term to serve, I think 4 years max would about do it. If you're talented, thanks for your service. If you're the guys I mentioned above, you get 4 years to sell out the industry, and then you're done.

Are you importing DALFA into this discussion as well? I'm happy to listen to all sources; I just see a conflict of interest there, so DALFA's interests don't guide mine on several issues. Pilot contracts is one are where I consider pilot interests exclusively. Don't you do it the same way?

And also iron clad non compete clauses. If you serve in the union, you're barred from working for management in any capacity, the FAA, lobbying for any third party or working in any field directly related to commercial aviation, until the FAA mandatory retirement age.

Who would want to do it after seeing the urine bath the NEW guys are getting after only a year from the VERY PEOPLE that demanded their election. You couldn't pay me enough to put up with clowns like Jerry in my grill all the time demanding this and that and then whining like little school girls when it doesn't get done. **** that noise.
