The military actually has tables for flying after diving. You can google them.
I would always comply with at least your FOM restrictions if serving as a crewmember, but the military tables can provide some insight as to how close you might be cutting it otherwise.
Caveat: Military tables are design for young, very fit people. They are not as conservative as PADI.
BIG Caveat: Flying-after-diving tables reference cabin altitude. If you're working flight crew and experience a decompression you will be way off the reservation.
