Default DH Booking Vent

Ugh! The DH booking here is "challenging."
I've got the latest Flying Ops email out for reference....
I've booked added my name to the DH booking, but when I try to check in on Delta.com it asks me for the confirmation number, Employee number, and 2 digit ID number. What the heck is my 2 digit ID number? This is not referenced anywhere.
I know other airlines book DHs for their crews, and the crew members don't have to lift a finger. This convoluted way seems difficult and annoying. And don't get me (or any of the militant ones spun up in the Comfort+ issues). :/
Input appreciated. Flames not.

That number will be 00 for you since you are the primary pass rider. your other riders will be the nine digit pass number then like 01, 02, etc

more than likely it is 00. Your wife, or whoever your next closest beneficiary is will be 01. If you go to travel net, manage my account, manage pass riders you will see the information you need.
It will be 0******00-00.

Your ID number is 00. Wife, kids, parents or your designated travel partner will be 01 - xx

Wow....our indoc training is clearly falling by the wayside. Probably only 2 hours "on the stick" these days - enter the completion code and then move on to start systems training. 😆

If you check in on Delta.com or the App you will not be added to the upgrade list. When you get to the airport and ask Customer Service to do it you will get the blank stare. Always use the kiosk.

You generally cannot check in on the app at all, since a DH leg check in requires "extra" input (i.e., your PPR & rotation numbers).

If you check in on delta.com, you can choose to add yourself to the upgrade list(s) (remember, there're two separate lists now, one for FC & one for C+). It's not necessarily obvious or intuitive, but on the first page after you've input your info (i.e., your first opportunity to click "Check In"), there are some boxes you can check to "Request Upgrade." They keep moving around as the site changes, but last I looked, they were over on the far left of the page....

It's small print on page one or two of the check in webpage but you can list yourself for upgrade to first and EC via Delta.com. Look carefully.
