Same here. Sent a screenshot to the powers that be. I'm concerned!
But now just tried it again...and it worked. Life is good!

I refuse to use it until absolutely mandatory. I can't remember if it was flight OPS or ALPA that sent out an email this month with the stat that about 5000 pilots had used the new system. To me the tone of the email was like they'd won some kind of victory and the program is awesome, just look how many people are using it... I thought about giving it a try but I really like the PBS desktop application. I won't touch the new program until the old one is 100% dead.

I think those guys are on to a pretty lucrative gig. Seems silly they wouldn't update their software when they might be in a potential growth scenario. Now, will it work immediately? Who knows, but I'm sure they'll eventually get their crap coagulated and will probably make out like bandits.

Phew.....finally got April to load on EasyBid.
Tried using the Airbus app this AM and I must confess, I was more frustrated than a deaf mute at Bingo with Bingo trying to yell "Bingo!" as I entered bids. It is "functional" but incredibly labor intensive and finicky. Hopefully they will be able to improve its interface and functionality.
And, as was said before, if AZ has to put out an hour and 35 minute video on how to use this new app, I'm thinking the new platform isn't so intuitive/user friendly.

Just sayin'. I like the product and have used it since it was developed. I remember using it on my 486................don't quite remember using it on the 386 but might have....

Same here. I made a polite suggestion that would make this pig a little more user friendly and was told 'we're not interested in your ideas'.
I suppose its so bad in its current form, they cant think past getting to run error free. Thats too bad, because i bet 13,000 engaged users could come up with lots of great suggestions.

Didn't work on my MAC (w/o buying windows).

I reluctantly took time to view the vids on YouTube. I don't like the new format but the logic of bidding is the same as the old Navtech. I recommend Google chrome. I've had the best results with it and the demos are done on chrome but with a MacBook. I'm using my su(ck)rfa(ss)ce 3 and all the function seem to work with chrome. Good luck and do it on a long sit or layover. At least that way you aren't wasting home time to not get paid.
