And yet all of the new hire mentors are slamming the hat home with the new guys because it promotes "brand continuity" with Delta. Last time I checked we don't use the Microsoft surface and we don't wear double breasted jackets.

Nor do we get profit sharing, defined 401k contribution, long call reserve, Delta pay, or real progression to Delta. But, we have "continuity"!

Our current goal for CCF for april is 99.99%.. we are actually at 99.99% but the rating shows in red... we have 1 controllable cancel for the month so far... as of yesterday.. 1 controllable cancel out of 11372 flts mtd equals 0.0001% but yet the bonus for CCF is red.. ***. the only hats you should be talking about are jimmy hats for upper management

So is wearing a hat to try to blend in with an airline that has been very clear about us not being one of them in many ways many times over. Take that hat and eat it. They can sit on those cheap arsed wings and nametags (pins up) while they are at it.
