Its not 23.09 exactly. Thats just an average. Senior guys will see a bigger raise then new hires.

It's not so much that the senior guys got more, it's that they raised the longevity limit from 12 years to 15 years.

Which is good for anyone because you never know if you may be staying around awhile.

No, they got more. Not a lot, but a little.

A 10-yr 900 CA got a $23.94 pay rate increase, whereas a 10-yr 200 CA gets $23.88, and a 2-yr 200 FO gets $23.42.

Like the ones we have now? In our contract on the Company MEC Page with your ALPA login. Or google Endeavor JCBA and click on the link.

Or on your EFB under the content locker.
