Default Recruiter Question...

Any recruiters around that could share Endeavor's policy on availability relative interview times? I'm approaching 6 months and would like to start the interview process as soon as reasonable.

Thanks.

I’ve been told CJO is valid for 1 year.

CJO's are generally only valid for 6 months from the time of offer. Therefore schedule your interview, when you are certain you will be able to accept a class date within 6 months if offered a CJO.

Fwiw, I've confirmed the earlier rumor that it's more difficult to get hired right now without previous 121 time. CFI's stand a much better chance if they can interview in the field at one of the recruiting events. So if you're reading this, try and meet at one of the events and arrange an interview site interview ahead of time. I guess we're far and above exceeding our application goal and it's getting substantially more competitive.

CFI'S are definitely still being hired, but those with 121 time are definitely getting the quicker call back

No pilot shortage here....

I’m a lowly CFI without any 121 time. Should I be concerned about my upcoming interview?

I think that getting the interview is the hard part. As long as you are prepared I think you’ll be alright
