So after the email from TW, I decided to give their website a try again. When I click on say pilot shirts, the prices are the same whether or not I am logged in. About the only thing I see any kind of a discount on is luggage.
Oh, and hats. LOL
Just curious if this is normal, or am I missing something?

I only ever shop at the one in CVG because they are really nice folks. MSP outfitters are a bunch of holes from which brown excretes. DTW are not too far behind them. That's what happens to store clerks when you co-locate them with mainline.

I buy shirts when going through the MSP location because MN has a sales tax exemption for clothing. When they're $30/piece, it $1-2 each you'll save.
FWIW, DTW/MSP have always been extremely nice and helpful to me, even when I was at DCI.

Plus 1,000!!!
I learned this in my first week at EDV. Told the ********* manager I would never step foot in his store again, and have not.
Tim in CVG is the bees knees! Have only bought from him and Amanda.
