Default Reading the bid awards

I have a question about how to read the awards.

Here are the September Awards
Base/Aircraft/DOH Junior Pilot/ DOH Junior Lineholder

FO

ATL/200/Mar18/Jan18
ATL/900/Nov17/Jul17
DTW/200/Apr18/Jan18
DTW/900/Apr18/Oct17
MSP/900/Jan18/Oct17
NYC/200/Jun18/Jan18
NYC/900/Jun18/Nov17
So for example, if you look at the NYC 900 FO is about 8 months to hold a line, 5 months for the 200? Subtract 3 months for training and its 5 months for the 900 and immediate for the 200, correct? Please help break it down if I am reading wrong.

Sounds about right but I think training is around 4 months from other posts at 9E.

900 should finish in around 3 months. 200 will be a little longer since there is a backlog due to lack of check airman to do IOE

Reserve is also increasing for 900 FOs, so it may be up to a year if you are hired tomorrow.

Per my interview last week. “We’re hiring so much anticipating some big news..we just don’t know what it is”.

I think I read somewhere about LCR is being implemented a bit more now? That would surely take the sting out of a reserve month.

Long call going up from 15% to 30%, probably in October. The company gave it to us in exchange for them to have scheduling flexibility in the sim department. While you’re in training you will essentially be on long call reserve (from the hotel) and move through the system in a “first in first out” manner only having one lesson scheduled at a time. 6 month trial

It is probably too late for me, but this still doesn't make sense. How can you be in training and be on reserve?

You get the date of your first event. Your next event isn't scheduled until after you complete (or incomplete) your current event.

You're available to schedule for a max of six days before you get two days off. You'll always know by the day before whether you have an event, so if they don't schedule you for the sixth day, then you essentially get three days off.
