" full list of confirmed routes is here, and you’ll notice that most are medium-haul routes, around 900 miles or so, frequented by business travelers. These happen to be routes commonly served now by CRJ700, CRJ900 and Embraer 175 regional jets. Passengers used to sitting on one of today’s RJs are in for a major treat with the new jet."

I flew on it to DFW, really nice bird in the back...

The 220 is scheduled to run the "smile" route, i.e. SEA-SJC-SLC-DFW-ATL-???-NYC-BOS. Map it all out and it's a "smile" :D Mostly all stuff that's too long for regional jets anyway.

Regionals shouldn’t be doing hub to hub stuff anyway.

Yeah, that JFK DFW is right at the limit, and sometimes over in the winter on a 900. LGA to DFW sometimes gets payload optimized in the summer on the 175.

Regional jets should not be on routes more than 700 miles.

Tell it to mainline?

They gave us this flying, I believe?

They didn't wanna do it.

They beeeech about doing it now.

They won't be happy until all domestic flying is dual aisle widebody.

Until then, they will beeech about this flying whether they are doing it or not.

Just sayin.

Lol at complaining about doing flights over 700 miles. It's like you don't realize that those are the good efficient legs(even though I know for a fact you do) but I guess you'd like to go back to 6 or 7 legs 12 hour duty days where you credit 5 hours, does endeavor even have rigs? I like you Mesaba, but when we're doing 1200 mile flights that isn't too replace mainline frames overall it's to support them. I'll take my 3 leg 7.5 hour block 9 hour duty days happily. To each his own I guess.
